1. General Guidelines

Maintain a positive attitude throughout the sessions.

Be open to learning from everyone.

Respect your teachers and fellow students; follow their instructions.

Avoid arguing or disagreeing with your teachers.

Phones are prohibited during class.
2. Flexibility and Adaptability

We appreciate your flexibility and willingness to adapt to any changes.

After class, please pick up your mats and place them in the designated areas.
3. Rules
-
Any damage to the room or equipment will incur charges.

Participants must lock and take care of their belongings; management is not responsible for any loss.

Damage to institute property or course material will also be charged.

Visitors/Parents are not allowed during the program.

No electronic gadgets or valuables are allowed in the camp.

All lights must be turned off by 10:30 pm.

Eating in class is prohibited.
-
Violations may result in removal from the camp program.
4. Dress Code

Students/participants should dress decently and appropriately.

Preferred attire includes trousers, track pants, sleeved T-shirts, shirts, salwar kameez, or kurta pyjama, preferably in white or light colors.
5. Attendance and Punctuality
-
Repeated lateness or unexcused absences may lead to dismissal from the course.
6.Food

During your training, you’ll receive simple but delicious sattvic food.

The menu consists of four vegetarian meals and is not up for discussion (unless due to allergies).
7.Food Consumption

Please consume food only in the designated dining area.
8.Liability and Refund Policy
-
The institute has a strict NO-REFUND policy for all its courses.
Remember that the right to reject any violation remains with the management, notwithstanding anything written earlier. Enjoy your program! 🌟
